This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

Quote requests

When you request a quote, we collect your name, email, optional phone and company, the job address, and details about the job. If we ask for photos, you send them by email.

We use this to price and schedule your job. To do the work, we share the job details, address and any photos with the contractor assigned to it. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Contractor applications

When you apply as a partner, we collect your business and contact details and the information you give about your trade, coverage area, licensing and insurance. We use it to vet you and to offer you jobs.

What we don't collect

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers and doesn't set tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep job records for as long as we need them for the work, warranty questions and our business records. To ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted, reply to any email you've received from us.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page.
