What you'll need

After you apply, we'll ask for these before sending you any work:

A certificate of insurance for general liability, naming GraffitiDelete as additional insured
Workers' comp coverage, or a signed exemption if you work alone
A W-9
Your contractor license, where your state or city requires one (for example, a City of Philadelphia contractor license for commercial work in Philadelphia)
EPA RRP (lead-safe) certification for painting work on schools, daycares and other child-occupied buildings built before 1978
A signed subcontractor agreement covering quality standards and before-and-after photos
